Kelly Cox Watkins (left), Co-Founder of @Well is a healthcare executive and masters prepared nurse. Based upon her personal journey of faith, fitness, and hormone health, she is passionate about helping women discover their wellness areas at risk that can sabotage achieving better health and wellness. Kelly is a professional speaker and creator of “Walking in Wellness: A Journey toward Living Your Best Self”, a live wellness event for women.
Caroline Watkins (right), Co-Founder of @Well, is a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping others fuel and move their bodies in a way that feels good. Her passion for fitness stems from her own journey to improved health. Caroline aims to simplify fitness and nutrition, offering resources that make managing wellness easy, even with a busy schedule.
