Ready to jumpstart your fitness journey? Join our 6-week hybrid training challenge! Whether you're getting back into a routine or love combining strength and cardio, this challenge is perfect for you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

+ 3 strength workouts per week through the Anywhere Fitness app (Mon/Wed/Fri)

+ 2 days of cardio (Tues/Thurs) with the option for a run, walk, or preferred movement — run programming provided!

+ Exclusive group chat for accountability and motivation

+ Follow-along accountability tracker to keep track of progress and share on social media

+ Option to sign up for a group Spring 5K to celebrate your hard work at the end of the challenge!
